Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable systems)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive future states
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-relevant innovations
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor horizon-scanning sources (academic research, patent analytics, geopolitical shifts)
- Build a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, systems modeling)
