Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, economic, and social trends to build 2026-2030 strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum AI integration and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in FutureTech Review and Innovation Quarterly
- Architect client roadmaps for metaverse adoption and neuro-ethical governance
- Partner with Stanford and MIT labs on cutting-edge human-machine interface research
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech (FAANG+)
- Published thought leadership on Web3.0, AGI governance, or climate-tech
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Fluency in at least one Asian language for APAC trend analysis
