Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product teams on future-vision priorities
- Author whitepapers on disruptive trends and their market implications
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational strategy
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive foresight advantage
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
