Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term innovation planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from diverse industries
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to align future-proof technologies with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups and partnership opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism and tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or futurism with proven track record
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology trends
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
