Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain predictive market models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-tech)
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing predictive models for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate-tech, or human-machine collaboration trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations on transformational initiatives
