Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term business viability
- Create visual strategic roadmaps communicating complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts simply
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
