Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech disruption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop predictive models using proprietary trend analysis and scenario planning
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing industry thought leadership
- Publish quarterly whitepapers on future-of-work trends
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate foresight or strategic innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven executive presentation skills with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong statistical modeling and scenario planning proficiency
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
