Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic frameworks with actionable 3-5 year roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into R&D pipelines and innovation sprints
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience, AI governance, and ethical tech adoption
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings and immersive trend simulations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities or policy frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Policy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to non-technical audiences
