- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for experimental research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or Future Studies
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 2020-2025 tech roadmap experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, or climate modeling
- Track record of securing federal innovation grants (NSF/DARPA)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
