Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ tech adoption across enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and quantum implementation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise innovation programs
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or biotech
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
