- Develop and execute a multi-year innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead ideation sprints and R&D initiatives across quantum computing, AI, and biotech domains
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Champion agile methodologies and rapid prototyping within the organization
- Report innovation KPIs to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ technical and business professionals
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
