Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for Nexus Horizon through 2026, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies.
- Develop and present compelling innovation roadmaps to the C-suite and stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the adoption of emerging tech stacks (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and leading successful R&D initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
