As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will be responsible for identifying disruptive technologies, assessing their market impact, and leading the transformation required to integrate them into our core operations.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of the 2026 technology and business roadmap, identifying critical milestones and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to forecast market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and R&D teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Innovation Pilot Programs: Design and execute pilot programs for emerging technologies to validate their viability for large-scale implementation.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and provide quarterly progress reports to the board.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management.
