As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify emerging trends, develop long-term innovation frameworks, and execute pilot programs that position Nexus as the undisputed leader in 2026's technological and social landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement enterprise innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Design and manage cross-functional pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Author thought leadership on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, advanced automation)
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong data analysis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
