Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating breakthrough technologies from concept to prototype
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate external innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
