Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage pilot programs for experimental technologies with potential $50M+ market impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and long-term value creation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with 5+ years market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level experience with technology roadmapping and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on future technologies (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
