Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing technology trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions using agile methodologies
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate innovation outputs into core business strategies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
- Build and maintain external ecosystem relationships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or management consulting with tech focus
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center) preferred
