Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum AI research roadmaps for 2026-2030 technological milestones
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous quantum decision systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-neural interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and industry fellows
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ-era algorithms
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE/DARPA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
