Responsibilities

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and error correction protocols.
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization.
- Design fault-tolerant quantum systems capable of solving previously intractable problems.
- Create technical documentation and patents for novel quantum methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#).
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing frameworks.
