Responsibilities

- Lead quantum error correction protocol optimization for 1000+ qubit systems
- Partner with hardware teams to define quantum chip specifications
- Create quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge algorithms
- Publish research in top quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Strong background in complex systems optimization and topology
