What You'll Accomplish:

- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for quantum adoption
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale deployment by 2026
- Develop error-corrected qubit designs using topological quantum computing
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for developer ecosystem
- Lead quantum security protocols for blockchain and cryptography applications
- Establish quantum computing benchmarks and performance metrics
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and applications
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing architectures and algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Track record of leading quantum computing research initiatives
