Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in cryptography and AI
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in cloud environments
- Develop error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit optimization and cryogenic system integration
- Secure $2M+ in research grants for quantum innovation projects
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum cloud platforms
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research grants
