- Mentor a team of 8+ quantum computing researchers and engineers
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and partnerships with national labs
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government or corporate research funding
