Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience managing research teams with $2M+ annual budgets
- Demonstrated success in translating theoretical concepts into commercial prototypes
