Responsibilities
- Architect and execute quantum computing research roadmap targeting 2026 breakthrough milestones

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related computational field with 8+ years research experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications

- Experience managing research teams and securing government/private funding
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.) and HPC environments
