Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient AI architectures capable of evolving with the rapid advancements in Machine Learning and Quantum Computing leading up to 2026.
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize large-scale distributed systems for speed and efficiency, handling petabyte-scale data processing with zero downtime.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future-Tech Acumen: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the complexities of unproven technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex architectural decisions to stakeholders.
