- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions across product, engineering, and operations
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Drive innovation through partnerships with leading AI research institutions and tech firms
- Present AI strategy progress and ROI to executive leadership and board members
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for competitive advantage
- Mentor AI talent and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 7+ years specializing in AI/ML strategy
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or adjacent disciplines
