Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
