- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic agility and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating trends into executable business plans
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or climate resilience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading cross-geographic, multi-disciplinary teams
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or relevant field
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
