Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technology impacts on business models
- Produce actionable scenario plans for disruptive shifts in global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using exponential technologies
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation
- Build and mentor a futurist task force across global offices
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and data storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) preferred
