- Author annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast disruptive shifts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations

- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
