Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through market research and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging markets
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly foresight reports with data-driven predictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
