Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and opportunity identification
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Author executive briefings and white papers on emerging tech implications
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive leadership and strategic foresight methodologies
- Present future-state roadmaps to stakeholders with quantified impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech disruption roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
