- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Design and validate next-generation business models and value propositions
- Champion innovation culture through executive workshops and thought leadership
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and organizational resilience
- Manage cross-functional teams executing 3-5 year strategic initiatives
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, SFI) preferred
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Economics, or Technology Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-validated strategic initiatives
