Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or global research institutions
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures/technology journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and neurotech convergence
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting predictions implemented at scale
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
