Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and biometric security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT-caliber research partners and global innovation hubs
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 international tech standards
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through patent strategy and venture partnerships
- Mentor a team of PhD-level technologists and futurists in agile innovation methodologies
- Represent InnovateX at Davos and UN Tech Summits to shape global tech policy discourse
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Emerging Technologies with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neurotech integration
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from lab to market with $50M+ exits
- Expertise in ISO 20700:2026 tech ethics standards and UN SDG alignment frameworks
- Certified in Quantum Neural Architecture (QNA) and Neuro-Interface Design (NID)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech implementations
