Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (e.g., AI, Web3, robotics)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech transformation
