Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Marketing) to deliver complex multi-year projects
- Develop robust financial models and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track initiative success
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster innovation ecosystems through partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or corporate development
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformational projects (>5M USD budget)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Innovation Management (e.g., ASQ, INSEAD)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and project management platforms
