Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-continental innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich partners
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for carbon-negative computing infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to White House OSTP and EU Horizon Europe committees
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio for 2026 breakthrough initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent quantum/AI specialization
- 10+ years leading R&D at FAANG or quantum startups (e.g., Rigetti, IonQ)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Track record of scaling innovations to >1M users
- Security clearance for classified national innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
