- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary technologies

- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify white-space opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $1B+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and startup ecosystems
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with specialization in technology strategy
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-tech topics
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
