- Drive sustainability integration into all innovation frameworks and product lifecycles
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions for cutting-edge collaboration
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and sustainability frameworks
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with focus on future studies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive board experience and investor relations
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or German preferred
