Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and predicts emerging trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3, to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Strategic Execution: Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement long-term technical strategies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource distribution for R&D and infrastructure projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting and evaluating new technologies and startups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Big Data) and their business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing high-stakes projects.
