Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market demands.
- Lead the Project 2026 innovation lab, overseeing the development of breakthrough technologies and prototypes.
- Conduct deep-dive macro-environmental analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptive competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively translating complex technical strategies into compelling business narratives for executive leadership.
- Oversee the financial planning and resource allocation for long-term R&D initiatives and capital projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to rigorously track progress toward the 2026 milestones.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and agility within the strategic planning department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, long-term initiatives and delivering on complex roadmaps.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and proven experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and board members.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
