Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in tech/innovation leadership

- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Certification in agile/Scrum and change management
