Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced LLMs) for potential integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition of legacy systems to modern architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive R&D into emerging protocols and standards expected to dominate the industry by 2026.
- Drive innovation culture, mentoring senior engineers on futuristic development practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and the ability to evaluate their readiness for enterprise deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
