Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering and product teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers on industry transformation scenarios
- Advise leadership on future-proofing infrastructure and talent acquisition
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or journals
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) a plus
