Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into enterprise roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across sectors
- Present futures research to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Drive adoption of metaverse and neural interface technologies
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics and quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong background in systems architecture and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
