Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential growth potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for AI-human symbiosis in enterprise environments
- Present technology blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech paradigms
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth curves
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or blockchain consensus
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
