Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and immersive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, patents, and conference presentations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze global tech trends to inform long-term corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption and market disruption
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong background in product development from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and driving organizational change
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
