Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps and strategic innovation frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution
- Establish ethical guidelines for 2026 technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech evolution (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
